Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon (crisply cooked and chopped, save drippings)
  • 38 ounces cheese tortellini (frozen, the smaller the tortillini the better)
  • 1 head broccoli florets (chopped bite size)
  • 1 red onion (small, chopped bite size)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped bite size)
  • 40 cooked shrimp (count bag frozen, approx 30-40 in a bag, thawed and tails removed)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons milk (depending how thin you want dressing you can add more milk)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons mild curry powder (if you wish, or more)
