  • 13 1/2 ounces full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 cups kale leaves (loosely packed)

It was excellent! Made it for potluck, many request for the recipe. One noticed the hint of sweetness and was asking me where it came from. Plus it was gluten-free for those in the group that can't do gluten.
