  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • cinnamon (just a hint of)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (for cooking, or other fat you like to use)
  • 2 cups coconut milk (canned, the more the better)
  • 1 cup organic chicken broth
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 5 teaspoons curry powder (based upon your curry obsession)
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
