    Perfection. Just what I had imagined and better than any version I have ever paid for.

    I made this recipe with leftover chicken from basic chicken soup (http://www.yummly.com/recipe/Basic-Chicken-Soup-Martha-Stewart). I left out the cilantro because I didn't have any, and used shallots instead of purple onion. I didn't measure anything, and just dumped everything into a big bowl. It was simple to make and delicious!
