Directions
- In medium bowl, stir together peanut butter, curry powder, soy sauce, oil, ketchup and orange juice. Beat until smooth.
- Place ribs on shallow baking pan. Brush ribs with glaze and place in a 350 degree F. oven for 1 1/2 hours, brushing with sauce occasionally. Cut into 2-3 rib portions to serve.
