Outstanding! Added red pepper flakes for an extra kick. Didn't have onion in the house. Whaaaat?! But I toasted about four tablespoons of dried miced onion in the ghee before adding the curry. Still turned out amazing. The coconut milk adds a nice flavor. Will definitely cook again.
