  • 2 cups chickpeas (cooked, one 14-oz. can, drained, will do)
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 2 cups greens (such as spinach, chard, baby kale etc.)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (more as needed)
