This was an easy dish that offered a different flavor for riced cauliflower. The family gave it a thumbs up.

Perfect as is. If you like more spice you could add some jalapeño or Chile.

The recipe is good. We are not a open to a lot of different veggies so this was a great introduction to something different. I had a bag of frozen riced cauliflower and I was looking for ideas to season the side dish. The curry seasoning attracted me to this recipe and one that I will try again .

I added some scrambled egg to this , and voila... what a fragrance . and it was a delight . Try it out

Turned out great, the onions gave it a great hint of sweetness - I added one hot pepper to spice it up and left the cilantro out

I added sautéed mushroom for texture and I used red onion, I added one full teaspoon instead of half for curry, I skipped the cilantro. Good recipe.

Real nice. Probably add one teaspoon of curry powder instead of half

It was good, but felt like it was missing something. I put the right amount of curry in but it didn't come out as yellow as the picture. Might try to find a different recipe. The texture was great

Delicious! I'm amazed at how easy this was. I will definitely be freezing some cauliflower to cook up tomorrow

this was tasty but i am unable to get the consistency described. It just turned out too gooey but thats possibly because of the cauliflowers

Some discrepancies with recipe. I used about 1/4 head, cut the flowerets off at the center stem, and kinda chopped them to a rough consistency. I used a whole lg, onion (diced). The recipe called for 2 teas. of Olive oil. Not nearly enough, I used 1/2 teas Curry powder as called for, maybe more next time. I added chicken fingers that my wife was defrosting for the protein. (I got yelled at). Over all we enjoyed the meal. Being that I'm on a salt restricted and low carb diet this was perfect for me! However I found it on the dry side for cooking and would add either add more oil, or another liquid for some moisture. I kept it rough because I like the taste of cauliflower chunks.

We loved it! I even got the thumbs up from my picky teens! I doubled the recipe and added a little chicken broth to make it more moist.

This was really quick and easy. I used coconut oil and added tumeric. Used tofu (grilled in coconut oil with garlic powder) as the protein.

Tasted great would make again for sure but why does it show 8gm of sugar even if adjusting recipe for 1 serving. info I have is 1C cauiflower = 2gm sugar so where is the other 6gm coming from.....trying to eliminate as much sugar as possible. Thx
