For only curry, black pepper, and salt for seasoning it turned out very flavorful! Great way to get lentils in. I'll be making this again!

I used to make this really often, at least once every couple of months, and it is lovely. I tend to use a Granny Smith apple, and it balances really well against the curry flavour. It's simple to make and I 100% recommend.

I have made this multiple times and it turns out really well! I added more lentils to it (1cup) along with veg that was in my fridge (celery and mushrooms) and it turned out really nicely!

This was really tasty! It is sweet, yet hot. I added sweet smoked paprika, cumin and tumeric too. The teenage boys even liked it.

I also added an extra half cup of water prior to adding the squash and as I had likely added more cayenne then suggested cause I tend not to measure but just shake, I found it a little too spicy so I added a dollop of sour cream on top of a bowlful and it mellowed it out and was delicious!! Will certainly make it again as I blieve it will become addictivce
