- 275 grams curd cheese
- 275 grams brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 grams butter (softened)
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
- Beat curd cheese with an electric mixer or food processor until thin and spreadable.
- Add sugar and continue to beat.
- Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each.
- Add softened butter and mix well.
