This is the best tangs cucumber salad I ever eaten and I'm not a dill fan but this is so freshing.
I eliminated the sugar and used lots fresh dill, sea salt, and ground pepper for seasoning. Yum!
turned out great! just perfect!

Quick and easy! I've made a second batch with a little less dill and sugar. I also added a can of drained and rinsed large black olives. YUM~Amy M

Delicious! I added some kosher salt to the vinaigrette as well as about 2 TBL of fresh lemon juice. Fabulous!!!
