Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 ounces cucumber (diced, plus 1 slice to garnish)
  • 1/4 avocado (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mineral water

Directions

  1. In a blender, purée diced cucumber, avocado and lime juice until smooth. Add yogurt and mineral water and blend until combined. Season. Pour into a serving glass. Garnish with cucumber slice.
