I combined this salad with some fried bacon and poached eggs and served with fresh bread... a perfect Friday dinner.

love it! we're a mixed vegan/meat-eating family. This worked as a main dish and side dish. The mix of flavors ensures that every bite has a different element than the one before.

Love this salad! You'll find it's easy to eat most of the salad in one sitting! Very light and refreshing. Will definitely be making this again.

It's a really good combination of flavors, but I will only use one lime next time. Two was a bit too much citrus

I am always slightly biased, as for my love for avocado. But this salad is just beautiful, I can eat bowl full of it for dinner and nothing else. Yum!

Amazing flavor and healthy too! I was fortunate enough to have some fresh garden tomatoes to throw in there so it was sweet in addition to savory. I'm thinking of adding some cooled cooked quinoa to it next time for a little more substance.

This an awesome salad, it has become a staple in my weight loss diet. I eat this salad 2 or 3 times a week for lunch. It's great with salmon or tuna.

My daughter=in=law is doing the Metabolic diet, so I made this for her. She really enjoyed. She likes the cilantro and lime juice flavor. The rest of the family enjoyed it too.

Fantastic and pretty easy! Next time I will use two cucumbers because I can barely taste the cucumber over the tomato and avocado.

It was AWESOME! I'm not an onion lover but with this recipe, I am!! The flavored are fresh and well integrated but you STILL taste everything!! I've had this several times and will have it many, many more times!!

Yummy and refreshing but it lacked a little pizazz. Maybe lime juice would liven it up a bit more, or adding jalapeños.

This was just as I expected it to be: refreshing, yet tasty and filling! It was easy to prepare, just follow the instructions. Hint: Dice everything, even if the recipe tells of to slice the onions and cucumbers.: Look at the photo above and cut the veggies just as in the picture.. And if you want to build on the citrus touch, substitute a medium lime for the lemon, Makes it a bit more refreshing. My girlfriend and I had it for dinner with a couple of slices of multigrain bread and a glass of red wine, it was just was just perfect for a nice summer dinner!

Very good recipe. I had all the ingredients on hand except cilantro so I substituted swiss-chard picked fresh from the garden and it worked out well.

This was so good! And easy to make! It's definitely a keeper. I just made a smaller version because I knew DH wouldn't eat it - he already had his tomato, cukes, and onions in vinegar salad. Thanks so much for sharing this!
