Cucumber Sashimi Bites and Sashimi Salad

Beautiful salmon entry course, packed with soy flavour and crunchy cucumber texture. Enjoy this recipe when the sashimi cravings appears.

Ingredients

  • salmon
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 lemon juice (table spoons of)
  • soy sauce
  • cheese (Creme)

Directions

  1. Mixture the orange and lemon juice with the soy sauce and adjust the flavour to your taste.
  2. Cut the cucumber in thin slices and left some for the sashimi bites, cut those in round shape. Cut the salmon in small pieces and left some slices for the sashimi bites.
  3. Marinate the salmon and the thin slices of cucumber with the previous mixture until its packed with flavour.
  4. Drain the marinate and present the salad on the plate.
  5. Prepare the sashimi bites by putting some creme cheese on top of the round cucumber slices and on top of that the sashimi slices.
  6. Adjust flavour with soy souce to your liking.
