So yummy, light and refreshing! I substituted green onions for the chives. The spread also works really well with turkey sandwiches and BLTs, instead of plain mayo, for an added zest.

This turned out well . Very easy to sub ingredients like low fat cream cheese or onion powder instead of chives. Any bread u like is fine and i don’t mind the crust (ate all the trimmings with some pickles - don’t like to waste)😋

I used ranch dressing and cream cheese and it came out fine. I also ended up sprinkling bits of chopped bacon on half of the sandwiches and enjoyed that variation.
