It was good but I added a teeny tiny bit of sugar to make the vinegar bite a little less intense this was so quick and easy, and a huge crowd pleaser!

This is such a tried and true recipe from long ago, nice to see old recipes resurface.

Pretty good. I would make it again but try basil instead of dill.

I can definitely use this as a staple in the list of side dishes. I used basil and dill since I didn’t have enough dill. I might’ve added an extra tablespoon of wine vinegar ;-)

I had too many cucumbers in the garden, I needed to make something quick and easy that wouldn't have too many calories. It turned out to be one of the best cucumber salad I've had in years!!! Next time, I'll try with a touch of sour cream...

Simple, quick, and delicious. I left some cucumber skins on for nutrition, used dry dill, and no basil. Flavor will depend on the type of rice vinegar you use.

This is good. Light and refreshing, but preference would be the cucumbers with lime over the vinegar of you are looking for a gauge. More acidic than the lime, which instead has a great tart taste

Fantastic flavor! I used unseasoned rice vinegar instead of seasoned and it tasted great! It's really easy to make

Very nice! Simple to make and the dressing is sweet and balanced. Also seems to be easy to scale up for a crowd, provided the cucumbers are the right taste and texture.
