This was good! A little sweeter than previous recipes I’ve used, but was a tasty summer side.

This is a quick and tasty way to serve up cucumber slices and makes a great summer side dish. It seemed just a bit too sweet for my taste, so I will cut back a bit on the sugar next time, but otherwise I very much enjoyed it. I might try swapping plain yogurt for the sour cream (or maybe going half-and-half) to make it a bit healthier, but it’s definitely a ‘Yum.’

I liked it. My wife isn’t that interested in cucumber. I would make again. Grandpa Bob

This reminds me of my mother’s cucumber salad. It has a fresh tase with just the right sweet and sour mixture. I used rice vinegar and that worked out okay.

I never take the time to salt the cukes, so I just cut in half lengthwize and seed them to remove the runny parts. love the sour cream and fresh dill straight from the garden. Delicious!

Wonderful recipe. I sort of followed the way my mother use to make it, so I did not add any sugar or dill. Dill would be interesting though. I always used cider vinegar, but this cook's use of white vinegar was perfect.
