Very tasty. I cut the sugar in half, used apple cider vinegar, and added more dill a couple times after taste tests. Light and refreshing - will definitely be making reguar appearances on the summer dinner plates. I used seedless English cucumbers, I find them to be crisper and less watery.

This recipe was great as is, very tasty! It has the right hint of sweetness and salty that goes great with the freshness of the cucumbers. My family loved it!

Made this yesterday and today it is DELISH! Spent a little more time making sure the cukes where dry and used 1 Tablespoon of sugar. It was perfect.

really good! i tried to get all liquid out but its still soupy. That is why 4 stars, very messy to eat with all that liquid but i love the flavor!

A little less sugar, otherwise perfect! I used honey but will use half or perhaps none next time. Very refreshing. Resembles tzatziki.

Refreshing. I will try the overnight and honey tip another user mentioned next time.

Made one change to a yellow onion instead of a red onion and everyone loves it.

Reduced sugar by 1/4. Very good! Definitely need to press cucumbers thoroughly and recommend letting them sit longer than 30 min

Always a delicious recipe, so easy and quick to prepare. It’s always better with fresh cucumbers from the garden too!

I liked it and think it was a great way to use up some cucumbers. I added more dill and substituted for apple cider vinaigrette, plus some celery seed which was a nice touch.

Awesome! Used apple cider vinegar instead of red wine vinegar and no sugar. My German husband loved it!

Loved it. Easy-modifies the recipe because I don’t eat cucumber skin or seeds, so I chunked the cukes. No sugar at all, per others’ comments. Will make this again.
