Not very good. Tasted watered down. However, the cukes and melon became super crisp and booze laden which was quite tasty! But as a drink, no thanks.

1/2 Cup of packed mint leaves you with a mouthful of mint. I served this at a gathering and it was not well received. Sangria is better

My friends brother made this and it was really good !! ❤️ It may sound off with the cucumbers but it's good

Delicious and refreshing! Best if you allow gin to soak in cucumber, melon, and mint for about 3 hours prior to serving. I substituted the white wine and carbonated water with Farmer's Fizz from Westport Vineyards, Westport, MA.

Substituted the gin with vodka. Tasted great! Does not leave the after taste that the gin did. Also try watermelon instead of the honey dew melon.
