    Needed a really simple lunch idea. I happens to have all of the items this required and, what do you know it was sooo good. I did season my shrimp differently. More spicy, taco feel. Also next time I might dive up the shrimp and add some onions, eggplant and, such things. Over all it was great tasting , quick and easy!!! 🤓👍🏽
