super easy to make! added mushrooms to the recipe. also, pulsed the veggies a bit to hide therm from the kids lol turned out great.

This is my go-to quiche base recipe, I just throw whatever combination of vegetables I have in, and it turns out great!

I made this quiche for my family while they visited for my daughter's high school graduation. One family member is a vegetarian and another is on a gluten free diet. This is so so delicious, so easy, and clearly can be modified for all sorts of diets and vegetable preferences. I especially appreciate the "crust less" appeal, as that adds much time to quiche preparation. So the quiche was a huge hit and I am eternally grateful! Thank you!

I've made this recipe a couple times now. The first time I cooked it the full time specified in the recipe. It was a little dry. I ended up setting the timer about 5 minutes early and was really pleased with the results. I've been looking for a low carb quiche recipe and the yogurt intrigued me. It's a great addition. I"ve used all kinds of typical quiche ingredients and they've turned out great. This is definitely a keeper.

I loved this recipe. I used it for dinner - added crab. Also did it the individual style in the large cupcake pan. I froze for a quick go to. I'm a caregiver for the elderly and this works out perfectly. Very very good flavor and healthy choice for us.
