  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
  • 0.5 ounces crushed pistachios

    Directions

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 35o degrees F.
    2. Brush the salmon with the mustard and tarragon. Dip brushed side in the crusched pistachios. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12min. Serve with your choice of vegetables.
