Ingredients

6 turkey fillets (thinly sliced)
salt (to taste)
1 lemon juice
poultry seasoning (Peppered)
3 bananas (ripe)
cheese (Slices light Flemish Paiva)
flour
2 beaten eggs
cornflakes (coarsely chopped)
oil (for frying)
pepper
cucumber
tomatoes

Directions

1Stretch and flatten the turkey steaks.
2Season with salt, lemon juice, and poultry seasoning. Set aside for a few minutes.
3Cut the bananas in half.
4Place slices of Flemish Paiva cheese on each turkey fillet, and on top of the cheese, half a banana.
5Wrap the turkey around the cheese and banana.
6Coat with flour, egg, and chopped corn flakes.
7Fry in hot oil, taking care to turn, and not burn too much.
8Serve with a cucumber, pepper, and tomato salad.
