This is the best granola I’ve ever made, and I’ve made a lot. I think it’s leaving it in the oven overnight that gives it the perfect crispness. I store it in glass jars and it stays fresh for a good long time. I halved the recipe since I’m on my own. Makes lots.

So yummy! I used coconut oil and added a little cinnamon. Everyone couldn’t stop eating eat! This one will stay in our recipe book! 😋
