- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a shallow bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the Hidden Valley ® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix. In a second shallow bowl, place the breadcrumbs. Dip each chicken breast in the ranch dressing mixture, removing any excess, and then dip in breadcrumbs. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet until chicken is cooked through, about 25 minutes.

It's quick, easy and delicious. I changed a couple things from the original recipe after making it a couple times. I use low-fat mayo, double the ranch seasoning and seasoned panko breadcrumbs.

Incredibly easy and beyond delicious. Chicken stayed very moist. This will probably end up in our dinner rotation once a week. And for us, the suggested cook time was spot on.

Wowed the family! Didn't have the H.V. Ranch seasoning mix so just used ranch dressing. Still great. Next time I will use the mix and low-cal mayonnaise .

Super moist! for my breading I used saltine crackers and added celery salt, garlic pepper and some parmesan shredded cheese to the mix and WOW we loved it. Will make it again and again.

I used panko bread crumbs and seasoned them myself. I also cooked the chicken on a wire rack so the entire chicken was juicy and crispy

'I've used this recipe for years, except that instead of Ranch dressing mixed into the mayo, I mix parmesan cheese into the breadcrumbs for a beautifully moist and delicious Parmesan chicken.
