Excellent salad I served it with A honey Asain salmon. It was delicious!
its great as a side dishe for a pot luck or picnic; cant quite call it a main dish though.

Made it a few times already. Very easy. Everyone who tasted it absolutely loved it!
Very tasty. I substituted the vegetable oil with pumpkin seed oil in the dressing - yum!
So crunchy and delicious! Makes a huge portion!
It was good, but I didn’t pay attention to the serving size. Made way too much. The dressing is simple and delicious.
