Very delicious.
Be careful browning the shells, they can burn.
We put them in the oven to help melt everything.

Super easy to make! I love this! Decided to go a different way and subbed the yogurt for sour cream. I regret nothing.

Tasted great. A couple of notes that some of the more amateur cooks might need. Folding this is a pain so you might want a cheater of some kind to help keep the folds down. Also, the store didn't have plain Greek yogurt so I used flavored, and it worked great to counter the salsa kick. Speaking of salsa, get as thick as possible as you don't want liquid in it as it hurts the tortilla. I bought regular salsa and had to drain it. Still can't recommend this enough. Tasted amazing.

Everyone loved it and the directions were really easy. I did not add the greens for a texture reason.
