  • 10 tomatoes (fresh italian blanched, chopped)
  • 2 jalapeno peppers (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 sweet red peppers (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro (ground, /coriander)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 5.5 ounces tomato paste
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

    Directions

    1. Put all the ingredients in a pot, stir, and bring to boil at moderate temperature for at least 1 hour. Then conserve the salsa in a mason jar, you will get 2 liters of salsa.
