First time ever making croissants! I messed up on the folds, I ended up rolling out the envelope twice before putting in the fridge each time and I need a lot more practice in rolling them at the end but still so delicious!

These turned out great, and I know I didn't follow the directions perfectly. Likely missed fridge rise and didn't let them rise before baking but they are amazing. So flakey and delicious! I added chocolate to some and spinach and cheese to the others. Yum!
