Was a wonderful dessert. Served it with vanilla ice cream. I didn't think it was too sweet but I used tart apples. I think next time I'll cut my apples a bitter bigger so they have a bit of crunch to them. Did not take the full amount of time to cook.

Enjoyed it while it was hot, but overall was way too sweet I'd cut down on the sugar by half. Might make it again
