Love this easy crockpot meal. It only takes about 2 hours to make. I usually use frozen chicken tenders because they cook faster. Another family hit!!!

Excellent and very easy to make. The only addition I made was a can of black beans in the bottom of the baking dish and sour cream on top before I served dinner.

Considering its simplicity, this chicken is super yummy! It can be added to so many recipes that I keep some on hand as a recipe starter when we aren't eating shredded on tacos. BTW I skip the steps after the crockpot but you could easily do them and make yet another meal from this yummy chicken!

For how simple it is, there is lots of flavor and chicken turns out very tender. I use the broiler for melting the cheese on top. I'm cool with not having to chop up 6 ingredients just too have flavorful chicken 😉

Actually I made a similar recipe last night - winner,winner chicken dinner. Anyway I put quite a few vegetables in with the chicken -minced garlic, bell pepper, onion, etc. I didn't have any cheese but it still came out great. Have enough left overs for another meal. I used boneless skinless thighs.
