  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 bag coleslaw (store bough)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar (pickle, yes, yes the vinegar from a jar of pickles, trust me it's great!)

  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam (or marmalade, I use apricot jam)
  • 4 tablespoons chili sauce (or ketchup, I use chili sauce)
  • 3 garlic cloves (cut in half)
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
