I cut the recipe in half and shortened the initial cooking time by 30mins. Came out just as described - perfect!

We absolutely loved the sauce, the pork chops were not as tender as I hoped for. That could be my mistake. Will make again.

This recipe was so delicious! Pork chops can be so dry at times, but these were not at all.

The only extra thing I added was extra garlic,as its good in most foods, and used spiracha chilli sauce which is killer hot.Its marinating as we speak in the fridge in crockpot insert to meld the flavours, and all I have to do is switch it to low all day,it will rest upon a bed of buttery mash.
