  • 1 tablespoon sauce (worcesteshire)
  • 2 ounces mozzarella cheese (cubed, or 2-3 cheese sticks cut into cubes you'll need 12-15 cubes)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes (like San Marzano)
  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 small yellow onion (diced, or 1 Tbsp onion powder)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced, or ¼ tsp. garlic powder)
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley (or oregano)
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional more to taste)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 12 ounces pasta (any kind, I used Pappardelle)
  • fresh parsley (chopped for garnish, optional)
  • parmesan cheese (grated for garnish, optional)
