A solid family meal. Ham made the overall dish pretty salty, but the boys ate it up.
Certainly easy. I hate to be one that's always changing recipes but i worked with what i had on hand. I didn't have quite enough ham so i substituted a half pound with bacon and fried it first. I only had 5 small potatoes. I used those plus mixed in a cup of homemade mashed potatoes i had in the frig. it made it slightly thicker which was nice. (I used low sodium chicken broth instead of water for more flavor). Also, i forgot the onion. The end result was very flavorful. Nice and simple.
