I found this recipe very bland without some additional spices and herbs . It wast horrible.. I just wasn’t bowled over considering the reviews .

Delicious! I followed the recipe as written, except I used skin-on organic red potatoes instead of the russets just because I was afraid that the russets would disintegrate after hours in the slow cooker (but maybe that was the point?), and I also used 48 oz of chicken stock instead of the water/bouillon combination. I will make this again!!
