Wasn’t creamy like the recipe says, but the flavor was incredible! I expected it to be much more lemony and was very pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t! I did add a bit of salt.

Great flavor, guilt-free, easy, and cheap. I added 2 extra cups of broth and then added cooked quinoa after the soup had cooked so that I could make more servings and make it more filling - tasted great!

Good but it wasn’t particularly creamy so maybe we missed something. I mixed in a spoonful of sour cream to each bowl when we served which I thought helped it.

I just made this on the stove with a one hour boil and adding the kale and diced chicken in for the last 30 minutes it was great though I think slow cooking would make it taste more lemony

Good but next time I think orzo would be a good addition and some pepper

I think if I made it again I'd saute the onion before blending. It seemed a bit pulpy the way it was. The flavor was nice. The amount of chicken seemed a bit heavy to have a good amount of broth, but overall it was a good soup.

It was delicious! I made on the stove instead and added sautéed celery and carrots.

The ground onions gave it a weird texture but the flavors were on point!

I'm disappointed in this soup. The onion doesn't blend completely into the stock leaving a grainy texture. It's an attempt at a vega avoglomeno but i wouldn't make it again.

Super easy to make. I used 1 large lemon for its juice and zest the second time I made it because it was really lemony with 2 large lemons the first time. Chicken thighs work well instead of the shredded chicken.

Very easy to make! Added rice to the bowl to make it more filling. Great for a cold rainy day! Also cooked it in a cast iron pot and used rotisserie chicken decreased cook time significantly
