Disgusting honestly I’ve never had a bad experience with recipes on this app but this one wasn’t great. The taste was not adobo but different maybe some taste buds would enjoy. But my husband and I didn’t.

The chicken came out tasting great and was so moist and tender. There was plenty of sauce leftover, so I think more than 2lbs of thighs could be used. The sauce was delicious over steamed white rice, too!

Switched for bone in breasts and cut the cook time. Still dried out. Flavor of the sauce was myeh.

Both my husband & I loved this this, I have made this twice. the first time I followed the recipe, the second time I added chopped onions to the rice as it cooks and served vegetables grilled on the BBQ for a smoky flavor it gave to whole thing a stir fry type of dish. Excellent!!
