I made it a bit different...I usee peas insteadnof corn, and used saffron yellow Spanish style rice...I just added it into the crock 5 hours into cooking and added extra chicken broth. It really turened out good!!!

Felt like it was missing something... was too brothy

4 chicken breast seemed like too much. So I only used 2. Which worked great but then the soup and stock was too much.

Didn’t have all that it called for, so I improvised. Instead of a onion I used onion powder, and instead of stock, I used broth, instead of rice like she said we only had a dirty wild rice and we didn’t have any corn at all. But it was still very delicious and my man was all about it too! Kinda more Mexican style with the rice improvise but still delicious! Maybe next time I’ll add peppers and do like a loaded taco bowl!

It was very easy to make and great flavor!! Will definitely be making this again!!

Little runny but just added more cheese and rice. Could use more flavor but that’s an easy fix too.

Turned out really well! I feel like it could’ve used some type of spicy something, lol but I will make it again for sure!

My family did not love this

I personalized it a bit with some broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. I also used wild rice instead. Hubby and I thought it was pretty good but the kids didn’t go for it. (They are pretty picky eaters...) Tons of leftover though!

Made it as directed and it's become a firm favourite. The kids can't even find anything to complain about.

Very simple and delicious. i tweaked the directions and recipe for myself. I used a bag of frozen sweet corn and a big onion. For the rice i made rice from scratch. Just a cup of rice, chicken broth, tumeric, and Italian seasoning to make it. Added extra cheese as well as some sour cream that i needed to use up. Definitely adding this to my rotation of meals.

This was good but felt like it was lacking something and needed a little more flavor. I added some seasoning and I used brown rice instead of yellow rice. I also decided to make it more like a baked casserole and after it was cooked in the crock pot, I put it in the oven for 20 minutes with seasoned bread crumbs on top and it turned out awesome!

Very easy to make and just overall tasty
Andy Senge 5 May
Used chicken thighs instead of breasts, but it turned out great - the parents and kids all liked it!
