Turned out really well! I feel like it could’ve used some type of spicy something, lol but I will make it again for sure!

My family did not love this

I personalized it a bit with some broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. I also used wild rice instead. Hubby and I thought it was pretty good but the kids didn’t go for it. (They are pretty picky eaters...) Tons of leftover though!

Made it as directed and it's become a firm favourite. The kids can't even find anything to complain about.

Very simple and delicious. i tweaked the directions and recipe for myself. I used a bag of frozen sweet corn and a big onion. For the rice i made rice from scratch. Just a cup of rice, chicken broth, tumeric, and Italian seasoning to make it. Added extra cheese as well as some sour cream that i needed to use up. Definitely adding this to my rotation of meals.

This was good but felt like it was lacking something and needed a little more flavor. I added some seasoning and I used brown rice instead of yellow rice. I also decided to make it more like a baked casserole and after it was cooked in the crock pot, I put it in the oven for 20 minutes with seasoned bread crumbs on top and it turned out awesome!

Used chicken thighs instead of breasts, but it turned out great - the parents and kids all liked it!

This has become a weekly staple. One of the only things my picky husband and children will eat to the point of all clearing their plates!

Ashley Jansky Barrett 8 Apr
After reading previous reviews I still used the broth amount called for but ended up straining the chicken before adding corn, cheese, and rice. My kids ate more in this dinner than they ever have before! SUPER easy and so freaking good! This has been added as a staple for my family of 5!
