    It turned out great. The flavor was good and the noodles cooked perfectly. Perfect for lunch at work.

    Definitely had to add water after noodles absorbed much of the liquid. Also, should have added some salt while cooking.

    I used 18oz of Mac-N-Cheese nooldles & followed the the directions to a "T" & it turned out perfectly!

    So i have all this pasta laying around in my kitchen and of course i have a crockpot so ... i preaty much followed the directions but i only Had some green onions and sweet italian sausage in the fridge i only added about 1 cup more of hot water and it actualy came out great so far !! I do have a question for heating this up ? Its currently sitting in the fridge in the crockpot ? Should i just put a serving in the microwave ? Or Is heating up on the stove in a small pan of course the way to go ? Thanks

    Would have liked this to be a bit more tomatoy next time I will plan to use more tomato sauce or a more robust sauce for flavor..... this was still a hit with my tribe!

    My 15 year old son cooked this for us. We didn't have any ground beef, so he used a package of inexpensive frozen meatballs and added a few bay leaves. It was good, almost no left overs. He even used and ate the mushrooms. This will be a regular for us.

    The sauce was good but adding the noodles in uncooked caused the finished product to have starchy taste. The noodles were mushy. I would precook the noodles and add them in for 30 minutes

    I think this is a wonderful idea and recipe, what might be even better is if, at first you slow cooked some tomatoes and seasonings, sugar, and red wine to make the sauce homemade, and then add the meat and spaghetti at the end to finish it off. Either way I am going to try it myself.
