- 10 carrots (large, peeled and chopped large, 5 in each bag)
- 1 bunch celery (chopped large, divided between both bags)
- 4 red potatoes (medium, cubed, 2 in each bag)
- 2 yellow onions (quartered, 1 in each bag)
- 2 zucchini (sliced thick, 1 in each bag)
- 16 oz. bamboo shoots (un-drained, 1 can in each bag)
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth (1c in each bag)
- 2 limes (1 in each bag)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced, 1 in each bag)
- 2 tsp. ground ginger (1 in each bag)
- 10 Tbsp. curry powder (4-5tbsp in each bag)
