  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 31 ounces great northern beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 31 ounces cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)

  • 16 ounces green chiles (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

    It was delicious and it makes a lot of servings. Great for leftovers and gets more flavorful each time I warm a bowl of it. I will definitely add this to my list of favorites.

    The chili was a hit with my husband and neighbors. It even won the approval of a five year old. :) I used water instead of broth since I didn't have any and it still was good. I only put in two large chicken breasts and it kind of took over. It was tasty but hard to spoon up. I would totally make this again. :) I also added a spoonful of salsa for fun and that was good. :)
