The recipe on the original site is good, just don't copy the ingredients down from this app. The app tells you this calls for the big can of mushroom soup, which is what I bought, only to get home and check the recipe more closely and realize it takes the small can. I've made it in the past so I didn't think I needed to pull up the actual recipe just for the ingredients, but I really did.

Just an observation: serving over rice or noodles eliminates it being low carb which is required for diabetics managing only by diet. Maybe I'll throw in a bunch of sliced mushrooms instead.

so easy, so good! serve over rice or noodles.

Excellent the first time... This time I added a little yellow mustard, 16 ounces freshly sliced mushrooms and browned onions w/fresh garlic! I’ll update on taste. Update: Delicious!

I recommend this recipe! I’ll use turkey meatballs next time. My only alteration was soy sauce rather than Worcestershire- that’s only because I didn’t have it on hand. It didn’t seem to affect the sauce because we loved it! Super fast, super easy, super tasty- exactly what you need for a weeknight dinner!

Incredibly good. Goes a lot further than I expected when you make mashed potatoes with it.

So easy and very good! Will be substituting cream of mushroom for cream of chicken soup next time. Not a mushroom fan.

Delicious. I did not add salt and I used unsalted beef broth and light sour cream.

Awesome! Don't add the extra salt though.

The recipe is very simple and delicious! My husband loved it, which is a bonus! We made egg noodles to go with. Definitely would make again.

the sauce was a bit runny. Next time make with rice and reduce moister.

I can't count the number of times I've made this, makes a great dinner or snack.

Delish. Added more of each seasoning and it was tasty over wild rice.

This is one of the best Swedish meatballs recipe that I have ever had. Can’t wait to make them again!
Becky Shultz 11 Nov 2017
Delicious! I would probably add a bit more paprika and a little more sour cream, but really the recipe is perfect as is. Just a little tailoring for my own taste.

Great! Jeff thought the "steak sauce" was strange but I didn't there was anything wrong with it. He still liked it tho!

Wonderful flavor! Seconds are the norm whenever I make this recipe, and I have to make a double batch if I want leftovers for lunch the next day.

Delicious! A little salty - easy fix next time! Not sure why I need to write 100 characters to leave a review...

This was a good set and forget recipe, perfect for a busy weeknight. Realized early on to omit the salt, other than that, the recipe couldn't have been any easier. Sour cream was a good finish and pulled everything together.

The sauce was very good, but just a tiny bit on the salty side. I used low heat in the crockpot versus the high setting and next time I will just eliminate the salt. The other ingredients have enough salt in them, but really delicious and so easy to make. The sour cream at the end is an amazing finish. We used them as appetizers.
