Husband gave the head nod of approval and he typically doesn't like southwest/mexicana flavors. The recipe is easy to make and has the right amount of spice. The only thing I did different was add some chicken broth because I worried there wouldn't be enough juice to keep the pasta moist while the chicken cooked. Turned out fine. Will make again.
