This turned out delicious. I used truvia brown sugar blend instead of straight brown sugar and 1/3 cup granulated sugar instead of 1/2 cup to cut back on some of the calories. That, plus Granny Smith apples lent a slight sweet tartness.
Don't forget to remove the lid at the end of cooking to crisp (more like firm crust) the top.

omg so good, I had to call an audible as the oats that I swore were in my pantry magically vanished while I was at the store. I had to use strawberry and cream oatmeal. Still amazing though. Even passed it on to family
