When I made this I used just 4 chicken thighs and used 1 cup of chicken broth I sliced up a lemon and put it in there and some lemon juice, then I seasoned with paprika, Greek, garlic, pepper, salt, and some lemon and herb spice, left it in for 5 hours and it was terrific.
