    Outstanding! I used the multi-colored smaller potatoes, mushrooms and carrots, added halfway thru cooking, and Better-Than-Broth; It was absolutely amazing.

    I cooked for 12 hours on low and used fresh thyme and rosemary. I loved it and so did my family.
