I don't know what Cassie put in her recipe, maybe she used rancid pork. This makes the house smell great all day and tastes unbelievable for being so simple to cook! This is the only way I make pork chops now!

This smelled awful while cooking. When it was done it tasted even worse than it smelled. Maybe I’m biased but I don’t think basil and dill go well together.
