This was so good and easy. Like the previous review, we substituted crushed red pepper flakes for Thai chiles

I absolutely love when crock pot recipes turn out the way I imagined! This was so easy, and I had all the items minus the pork. I did use a bone in pork, and ended up just rotating it through out the day and it turned out great. We did end up sub red pepper flake for the thai chile because it was not at our local grocery. I have to say, I was skeptical of the fact that there was no broth base but it made the soy more pungent so I get it. Must try!
