    Delicious!!! I served with steamed rice and veggies. Garnished with scallions and cilantro. It was awesome. The only thing I added to the sauce was a little crushed red pepper.

    It was a success with my family. Very tender and the sauce thickened up nicely by adding a little cornstarch and turning the crockpot to high. I added a few green and red pepper slices.
