Sooo good! We will be making this often! Used the turkey breakfast sausage and it was delicious! We had it at a friends house for brunch and then I asked for her to share the recipe with me and I have made it twice already! Yummmm!

it's great! So tasty! In fact, the recipe you get is 8 servings according to the directions page, not four.

Yes, I made it - for a breakfast after Mass the first Friday of Lent. Since we weren't eating meat on Fridays, I used a soy protein substitute. All said they enjoyed it. Will use the recipe again tomorrow morning - this time I'm using a turkey breakfast sausage.
